Job Duties
- Prepare a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, and vegetables for cooking using broilers, ovens, grills, fryers, and other kitchen equipment
- take full responsibility for the quality of the food products served
- consistently adhere to standard portion sizes, cooking methods, and quality standards
- follow kitchen rules, policies, and procedures
- assist in the final preparation of dishes ensuring they are plated beautifully and garnished appropriately
- maintain cleanliness and organization within the kitchen
- collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations
