Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of related culinary work experience
  • Ability to work full-time
  • Capability to adhere to safety and security policies
  • Physical ability to perform duties including standing and lifting up to 25 pounds
  • Ability to communicate professionally
  • Willingness to follow company guidelines and maintain confidentiality

  • At least 3 years of related work experience
  • No supervisory experience
  • Ability to follow recipes, quality, and presentation standards
  • Strong communication skills

Job Duties

  • Prepare special meals or substitute items
  • Regulate temperature of ovens, broilers, grills, and roasters
  • Pull food from freezer storage to thaw in the refrigerator
  • Ensure proper portion, arrangement, and food garnish
  • Maintain food logs
  • Monitor the quality and quantity of food that is prepared
  • Communicate assistance needed during busy periods
