  • minimum one year of food service experience
  • able to follow instructions in English
  • ability to work in variable rotating schedule
  • capability to operate kitchen equipment safely
  • able to work in different temperature conditions

Job Duties

  • Provide excellent customer service
  • prepare food using recipes and departmental guidelines
  • maintain sanitation standards by completing daily and weekly cleaning tasks
  • set up and monitor food stations
  • follow all safety and sanitation regulations
  • complete required trainings including compliance, HIPAA, TJC/OSHA, grilling and knife skills
  • support team efforts and performance improvement initiatives
  • minimize waste and manage supplies
  • plan daily tasks to ensure timely meal preparation
  • document leftovers and follow HACCP guidelines
