Job Requirements

  • Less than 1 year food service experience preferred
  • Less than 1 year cooking experience preferred
  • Ability to work rotating weekends
  • Availability to work approximately 5:30am to 2:30pm
  • Ability to maintain cleanliness and safety standards in work area
  • Ability to follow recipes and production charts accurately
  • Ability to complete assigned documentation

Job Qualifications

  • Experience as a line cook or grill cook preferred
  • ServSafe certification preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Knowledge of safe food handling practices
  • High school diploma or GED preferred

Job Duties

  • Measuring mixing portioning and cooking according to provided recipes and production charts for patients guests and staff
  • Working clean safe and sanitary in accordance with department policies
  • Filling out all logs production charts cleaning schedules etc assigned by management in accordance with department policies and procedures
  • Providing excellent customer service to our guests patients and staff
  • Working in a fast-paced environment
  • Taking ownership of their area - this position will be responsible for prepping cooking and engaging with customers
