Job Requirements
- Less than 1 year food service experience preferred
- Less than 1 year cooking experience preferred
- Ability to work rotating weekends
- Availability to work approximately 5:30am to 2:30pm
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and safety standards in work area
- Ability to follow recipes and production charts accurately
- Ability to complete assigned documentation
Job Qualifications
- Experience as a line cook or grill cook preferred
- ServSafe certification preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service skills
- Knowledge of safe food handling practices
- High school diploma or GED preferred
Job Duties
- Measuring mixing portioning and cooking according to provided recipes and production charts for patients guests and staff
- Working clean safe and sanitary in accordance with department policies
- Filling out all logs production charts cleaning schedules etc assigned by management in accordance with department policies and procedures
- Providing excellent customer service to our guests patients and staff
- Working in a fast-paced environment
- Taking ownership of their area - this position will be responsible for prepping cooking and engaging with customers
