Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of progressive banquet kitchen experience in a hotel or related field with supervisory experience
  • proficient in company-approved spreadsheet and word processing software
  • valid state driver’s license
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to work effectively under pressure
  • capability to analyze complex information and financial data
  • excellent listening and problem-solving skills

Job Duties

  • Greet every guest and team member with genuine warmth, courtesy, and a can-do spirit
  • consistently arrive on time and ready to dazzle, following Aimbridge Hospitality’s standards
  • keep your look sharp and professional by wearing approved uniform and nametag
  • always comply with Aimbridge Hospitality’s safety rules and regulations to ensure a safe kitchen and event environment
  • stay upbeat, attentive, and helpful with every guest, manager, and coworker
  • assist in keeping food costs on target, organize recipe cards, and help the team master new dishes
  • coach, train, and inspire kitchen staff using Aimbridge Hospitality’s standards from hiring to ongoing development
