Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- experience in cooking or food preparation preferred
- ability to follow standardized recipes and procedures
- knowledge of sanitation and food safety standards
- good communication and teamwork skills
- ability to work evening and weekend shifts
- attention to detail in food quality and cleanliness
Job Duties
- Perform general cooking duties using standardized recipes
- prepare and serve meals according to established procedures
- clean and sanitize cooking areas according to standard sanitation procedures
- check food quality against predetermined standards prior to service
- assist in food preparation and other related tasks
- follow safety and food handling regulations
- work collaboratively with team members under direct supervision
