Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a cooking or food preparation role
- ability to work part-time shifts including weekends
- willingness to obtain ServSafe certification within 9 months
- ability to follow detailed instructions
- physical ability to stand and perform kitchen tasks
- no requirement for resident contact

- basic kitchen cleaning and maintenance skills

Job Duties
- Prepare one or more parts of large meals for residents and staff
- prepare special diets as directed by supervisors
- serve meals to residents and staff
- put away stock and supplies
- clean kitchen and kitchen equipment
- follow weekly menus provided by supervisors
- comply with food safety and sanitation standards
