Job Requirements

  • Authorization to work in the U.S.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
  • Maintain static position for extended periods while preparing food
  • Routinely move items weighing up to 50 lbs

Job Qualifications

  • Prior experience as a short-order or line cook in food production
  • Knowledge of methods and equipment used in food preparation and serving

Job Duties

  • Follow standardized recipes for meal preparation
  • Prepare food items ensuring nutritional standards, taste, and presentation
  • Communicate daily with culinary and management staff about production, sanitation, quality, health, safety, and maintenance issues
  • Maintain a static position for extended periods during food preparation
  • Move items weighing up to 50 lbs routinely
  • Work assigned shifts including flexible schedules with weekends and holidays
  • Collaborate with different departments based on staffing needs to maintain year-round work schedules
