Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience
  • Two years of quantity food production experience
  • Washington State Food and Beverage Service Worker’s Permit obtained within 15 days of employment
  • Availability to work full-time
  • Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
  • Compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Willingness to perform physical tasks as required

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience
  • Two years of quantity food production experience
  • Experience in catering, hotel, or hospital food production preferred
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitary procedures
  • Ability to follow standard recipes accurately
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Job Duties

  • Prepare food products using basic cooking techniques and standard recipes
  • Meet production schedules in accordance with health and safety procedures
  • Ensure proper production, storage, and utilization of food and supplies
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness of equipment, supplies, and work areas
  • Comply with sanitary procedures throughout the shift
  • Assist with inventory management and food supply monitoring
  • Perform related duties as assigned
