Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior food production experience
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- physical ability to stand for extended periods and move heavy items
- authorization to work in the U.S.
- compliance with collective bargaining agreement terms

Job Duties
- follow standardized recipes for meal preparation
- prepare food items maintaining nutritional standards, taste, and visual appeal
- communicate production, sanitation, quality, health, safety, and maintenance issues to staff
- work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- maintain cleanliness and organization of cooking stations
- assist in inventory management and stock rotation
- adhere to health and safety regulations
