Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • 0 to 2 years of related experience preferred
  • ability to work weekday morning shifts
  • strong communication and teamwork skills
  • willingness to follow safety and hygiene standards
  • physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform kitchen tasks

  • basic knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques

Job Duties

  • accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for various meal periods including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special/catered events
  • read and follow basic recipes and/or product directions for preparing various food items
  • prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte and/or operate a grill station
  • attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
  • perform other duties as assigned depending on business necessities and client requirements
