Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior cooking experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Good communication skills
- Open availability preferred

Job Duties
- Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for various meal periods including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and catered events
- Read and follow basic recipes and product directions for preparing various food items
- Prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte and/or operate a grill station
- Attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
- Perform additional duties as assigned depending on business necessities and client requirements
- Work collaboratively with team members to maintain a healthy and safe working environment
- Reduce food waste by utilizing best practices in food preparation and storage
