Job Duties
- Follow standardized recipes for all meals
- prepare food items ensuring accurate nutritional standards, great taste, and visual presentation
- communicate daily with culinary and management staff regarding production problems, sanitation, quality issues, health and safety issues, and maintenance issues
- maintain sanitation and cleanliness of work areas
- operate kitchen equipment and tools safely and efficiently
- assist in inventory control and stock management
- comply with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations
