Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 0-2 years of experience in a cooking or food preparation role preferred
- Ability to work varying shifts with open availability preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to follow food safety and hygiene standards
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers

Job Duties
- Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for various meal periods
- Read and follow basic recipes and/or product directions for preparing various food items
- May prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte and/or operate a grill station
- Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
- Perform other duties as assigned that differ among accounts depending on business necessities and client requirements
- Contribute to a healthy and safe working environment by adhering to hygiene and safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to reduce food waste and maintain kitchen cleanliness
