Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 0-2 years of experience in a cooking or food preparation role preferred
  • Ability to work varying shifts with open availability preferred
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to follow food safety and hygiene standards
  • Strong work ethic and reliability
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers

Job Duties

  • Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for various meal periods
  • Read and follow basic recipes and/or product directions for preparing various food items
  • May prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte and/or operate a grill station
  • Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
  • Perform other duties as assigned that differ among accounts depending on business necessities and client requirements
  • Contribute to a healthy and safe working environment by adhering to hygiene and safety standards
  • Collaborate with team members to reduce food waste and maintain kitchen cleanliness
