Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • 0 - 2 years of previous related experience preferred
  • ability to work varying shifts including days, hours, and rotating weekends
  • willingness to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
  • able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • good communication skills

Job Duties

  • prepare and portion hot and cold food items accurately and efficiently for various meal periods including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special catered events
  • read and follow basic recipes and product directions for preparing food items
  • prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte and/or operate a grill station
  • attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
  • perform other duties as assigned which may differ among accounts depending on business necessities and client requirements
