Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- at least 3 years of related work experience

Job Duties
- Prepare special meals or replace products
- regulate temperatures of ovens, grills, and steamers
- thaw food in refrigerators appropriately
- ensure correct portioning, distribution, and garnishing of food
- keep food records
- monitor quality and quantity of prepared food
- communicate required assistance during peak periods
- report excess food to chef for daily specials
- inform food and beverage staff of rejected products and available specials
- ensure quality of food products
- prepare and cook food according to recipes and quality standards
- prepare cold dishes
- assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, advising, disciplining, motivating, and coaching employees
- comply with all safety policies and procedures
- inform managers of accidents, injuries, and unsafe working conditions
- maintain clean and professional uniform and appearance
- maintain confidentiality and protect company property
- anticipate and meet guest service needs
- communicate clearly and professionally
- cultivate and maintain positive working relationships
- support team to achieve common goals
