Job Requirements
- Ability to work flexible and varying shifts including days and hours

- Physical ability to perform cooking duties including standing for extended periods and handling kitchen equipment

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 0 to 2 years of related cooking or food preparation experience beneficial
- Ability to follow recipes and food safety protocols
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Flexible availability to work varying shifts

- Commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment
Job Duties
- Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for various meal periods including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special/catered events
- Read and follow basic recipes and/or product directions for preparing various food items
- May prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte and/or operate a grill station
- Attend work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
- Perform other duties as assigned based on business necessities and client requirements
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment according to food safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to reduce food waste and support customer service excellence
