Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ServSafe food handler certification
- Must successfully pass criminal background checks
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Must be able to pass pre-employment reference checks
- Provide official grade transcripts from education
- Provide social security card for W-4 documentation
- Provide documentation for I-9 employment eligibility
- Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance if driving required
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ServSafe food handler certification
- Knowledge of basic culinary techniques such as slicing, dicing, julienning, braising, searing
- Ability to manage time effectively to meet goals
- Familiarity with food safety regulations
Job Duties
- Prepare large quantities of food following safe and sanitary practices
- Adjust and follow recipes accurately with reliable execution
- Clean, cut, and cook meat, fish, or poultry
- Maintain clean work areas and kitchen equipment
- Adhere to policies and procedures including HIPAA compliance
- Attend orientation and training activities
- Maintain appropriate dress and consistent attendance
