- healthcare cooking experience or culinary school graduate with ServSafe certificate
- ability to read, write and communicate in English

Job Duties
- Arrives on time for shift in uniform
- works with other staff in a collaborative way
- works well when unsupervised
- can move from one assignment to another (multitask)
- gather product for production and follow prep instructions or recipe
- completes production list or communicates issues if unable to do so
- cover shifts when department need arises
