Job Requirements
- Basic understanding of professional cooking and knife handling skills
- Knowledge of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
- Previous prep or line cook experience
- Ability to speak, read, and understand English to effectively communicate with customers
- Ability to think, react calmly, and respond to emergency situations
- Ability to perform under stressful situations and respond to work problems
- Must have vehicle, insurance, and current registration for base access

Job Duties
- Demonstrate and adhere to Assets, Inc. core values, mission, and code of conduct
- Prepare products according to the Army Food Management Information System (AFMIS) Automated Recipe System
- Follow tasks listed in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) as directed by the contract
- Maintain a clean and organized station while practicing safety and sanitation
- Properly use and maintain all equipment in the station
- Complete ServSafe training satisfactorily
- Actively participate in company meetings and trainings
- Maintain a proactive relationship with customers and coworkers
- Follow all policies set forth by Assets, Inc.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned
