Job Requirements
- At least 21 years of age
- Willingness to work a variety of day, night and weekend shifts
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds

Job Qualifications
- Active Food handler's certification or ability to obtain it
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently
- Experience working in a professional kitchen environment
- Desire to learn and develop culinary skills
Job Duties
- Develop knowledge and skills in various cooking procedures and methods such as grill, saute and fry
- Experience using knives and various kitchen equipment
- Recreate recipes consistently
- Ensure all food preparation is consistent
- Minimize food waste through cross utilization
- Work with a world class culinary team
- Create workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment
- Prepare ingredients for cooking such as chopping and peeling vegetables and cutting meat
- Maintain a sanitized and orderly kitchen environment
- Ensure proper storage of all food and other items
- Be responsible for the quality of ingredients
