- Preferred 2 years of culinary experience
- Must be 18 years old
- Occasionally required to lift/pull/push up to 50 pounds

Job Duties
- Prepares hot and cold food as specified in areas working in
- Prepares food for breakfast / lunch / dinner as assigned
- Maintains a clean, organized and sanitary work area following safety guidelines
- Assists chef with maintaining the kitchen and keeping staff on task
- Proceeds in preparation of all menu items in assigned area daily to include hot and cold food as specified in areas
- Must be able to understand and adjust recipes according to business levels
- Assists with organization of product, equipment, and necessary paperwork
- Precisely follows portion control, presentation of food, consistency of food, and flavor as determined by the culinary department
- Checks coolers for proper rotation of food items to prevent spoilage
- Must be able to maintain Serv Safe and health department standards
- Ability to check and complete mise en place and pars to set-up the station
- Highly responsible & reliable
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, always remaining calm and courteous
- Uphold and abide by all Broadmoor policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
- Takes required breaks, notifying supervisor prior to leaving station
- Other duties as assigned
