Job Requirements
- must possess knowledge of basic operation of a kitchen
- understand oral and/or written instructions
- ability to read and quantify recipes and menus
- interact appropriately with customers, government personnel, subcontractors, management, and team members
- meet eligibility requirements for work assignment on specified contract
- must be able to pass organization screening requirements including state or federal background screenings as appropriate
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- prepare, portion, cook, and present various food items for meal periods including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special events
- follow oral and/or written instructions accurately
- read and quantify recipes and menus
- interact appropriately with customers, government personnel, subcontractors, management, and team members
- comply with eligibility requirements for specific contract work assignments
- adhere to safety, hygiene, and organizational screening standards
