Job Duties
- Accurately and efficiently prepare food items for various meal periods including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and catered events
- Read and follow recipes and product directions for preparing food
- Prepare food and serve customers at a la carte and operate a grill station
- Attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
- Reduce food waste through careful preparation and portion control
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment
- Perform other duties as assigned depending on business necessities and client requirements
