- Two years of food service experience
- Current ServSafe Allergen and Food Service Handler Certifications
- Certification to be obtained within 30 days of hire if not currently certified
- Washington State Food Worker Card

Job Duties
- Prepare diverse food products using advanced techniques
- Adhere to standard recipes and plating guidelines
- Manage food production to meet demanding schedules
- Ensure proper utilization and storage of kitchen supplies
- Participate in recipe and menu development
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of equipment and work areas
- Follow health, safety, and sanitary procedures strictly
