Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or GED or equivalent
  • two years food service experience
  • current ServSafe allergen certification obtained within past 12 months or within 30 days of hire
  • current Food Service Handler certification obtained within past 12 months or within 30 days of hire
  • Washington State Food Worker Card
  • ability to maintain health and safety standards
  • capability to handle high-volume kitchen duties

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • two years of food service experience
  • current ServSafe allergen certification within past 12 months
  • current Food Service Handler certification within past 12 months
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment

Job Duties

  • prepare diverse food products using advanced techniques
  • follow standard recipes and plating guidelines
  • ensure quality and efficiency in food preparation
  • strictly adhere to health and safety standards
  • process food items and monitor kitchen supplies utilization
  • participate in recipe and menu development
  • maintain cleanliness and order of equipment and work areas
