Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years of age
- must be fully conversational in English
- 1 to 2 years of culinary experience in a fast-paced restaurant
- must successfully obtain ServSafe Certification or equivalent within 30 days of hire
- knowledge of cooking procedures, safety, and sanitation
- able to lift 35 lbs or more
- able to stand for extended periods and perform stooping, kneeling, and crouching
- must be available to work varied hours including nights, weekends, holidays, and bad weather
- must be flexible

Job Duties
- work in OTG's prep kitchens and/or on the line of fast-casual concepts
- support back-of-house by prepping ingredients for BOH lines
- prepare food to correct temperature, portion sizing, and plating for consistent presentation
- control quality of all food items prepared according to OTG specifications
- maintain organization, cleanliness, and sanitation of work areas and equipment
- operate kitchen equipment such as stoves, ovens, broilers, slicers, steamers, and kettles
- ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional
- develop and maintain positive working relationships to achieve guest satisfaction
- perform other duties as assigned
