Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 3 years of related work experience
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift and move objects up to 25 pounds
- Ability to follow safety and security procedures

- Willingness to work full-time in a non-management position

Job Duties
- Prepare special meals or substitute items
- Regulate temperatures of ovens, broilers, grills, and roasters
- Pull food from freezer storage to thaw in refrigerator
- Ensure proper portion, arrangement, and food garnish
- Maintain food logs and monitor quality and quantity of food prepared
- Communicate assistance needed during busy periods
- Inform Chef of excess food items for use in daily specials
- Inform Food & Beverage service staff of menu specials and out of stock items
- Prepare and cook food according to recipes and presentation standards
- Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating employees
- Follow all company safety and security policies and report maintenance needs and unsafe conditions
- Maintain professional appearance and uphold confidentiality of proprietary information
- Anticipate and address guest service needs
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues
- Perform physical tasks such as standing, sitting, walking for extended periods, and lifting objects up to 25 pounds
- Perform other job duties as requested by supervisors
