Job Requirements
- Preference given to qualified Santa Ana Tribal Members
- High school diploma or GED required
- 6+ months restaurant or culinary experience preferred but not essential
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Must possess excellent interpersonal skills
- Obtain Food Handlers Card within 90 days of hire
- Bi-lingual and multi-cultural experience preferred
- Smartphone capable of running company apps required
- Must obtain and maintain Pueblo of Santa Ana Gaming and Regulatory Commission non-key gaming license
- Physical ability to perform essential job functions including lifting heavy weights and standing for long periods
Job Qualifications
