Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be fully conversational in English
- 1 to 2 years of culinary experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Must successfully obtain ServSafe Certification or equivalent within 30 days of being hired
- Knowledge of cooking procedures, safety, and sanitation
- Ability to lift 35 lbs or more
- Ability to stand for extended periods, stoop, kneel, and crouch
- Flexible availability to work varied hours including nights, weekends, holidays, and bad weather conditions
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Maintain a clean and professional personal appearance
Job Qualifications

- Demonstrated entry-level cooking skills such as prepping, grilling, and frying
- Knowledge of cooking procedures, safety, and sanitation
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team
- ServSafe Certification or equivalent must be obtained within 30 days of hiring
Job Duties
- Work in OTG’s prep kitchens and/or on the line of fast-casual concepts
- Support back-of-house operations by prepping ingredients
- Prepare food to correct temperature, portion size, and presentation
- Control quality of all food items according to OTG standards
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment
- Operate kitchen equipment including stoves, ovens, broilers, slicers, steamers, and kettles
- Develop positive working relationships and promote guest satisfaction
- Perform other assigned duties as needed
