- prior experience in food production

Job Duties
- follow standardized recipes for all meals
- prepare food items maintaining nutritional standards, taste, and presentation
- communicate daily with culinary and management staff regarding production problems, sanitation, quality issues, health and safety concerns, and maintenance issues
- ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization within the kitchen
- participate in the seniority-driven bidding process for work assignments
- collaborate with other departments as needed to support year-round work schedules
