Job Requirements
- Must have prior experience in a healthcare setting
- Ability to proficiently use cooking and food preparation techniques
- Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and nutrition
- Ability to accurately read and follow dietary instructions and recipes
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment operation
- Capability to work effectively in a high-paced environment
- Must be able to pass a nationwide background check
- Must pass a drug screening test
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience in a healthcare setting
- Proficient in cooking and food prep techniques
- Strong understanding of food safety, sanitation, and nutrition
- Ability to read and follow recipes and dietary instructions accurately
- Knowledge of operation of kitchen equipment

Job Duties
- Prepare, cook, and plate meals for patients, staff, and special events, following specific recipes and portion guidelines
- Follow all sanitation and food safety protocols, including temperature control, proper storage, and maintaining a clean work area
- Monitor and order food supplies, and track inventory to ensure freshness and availability
- Assist in other areas or duties as assigned
