- Follow dietary guidelines and accommodate special events or requests as assigned
- maintain and operate a clean, safe, sanitary kitchen and dining room environment
- stock and organize food and snacks in designated areas
- communicate regularly with nursing staff and care teams to support patient dietary needs
- maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
