Job Requirements
- Line cook experience in a full scratch kitchen or restaurant
- 2 to 5 years experience on a fast-paced line or prep cook station
- Ability to execute flawless dishes in a timely manner
- Ability to communicate with a friendly demeanor to all staff
- Passionate about service to others and creating exceptional food experiences
- Must pass a criminal background check and health screening tests including physical and TB tests
- Willingness to comply with COVID-19 related safety protocols including vaccination, daily screening, surveillance testing, and wearing PPE as required
Job Qualifications
- Culinary experience in a full scratch kitchen or restaurant
- 2 to 5 years of experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Ability to execute dishes flawlessly and efficiently
- Strong communication skills with a friendly demeanor
- Passionate about hospitality and creating exceptional food experiences
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook dishes from scratch using fresh and local ingredients
- Follow seasonal menus and adapt recipes as required
- Maintain high standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient and timely service
- Build positive relationships with residents and guests through in-person interactions
- Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
- Operate kitchen equipment and modern culinary tools proficiently
