Job Duties
- Prepare batter for chicken and seafood, fries, and any other fried products
- monitor holding times of chicken, seafood, fries, and any other fried products
- turn and pull product past holding time
- stock sandwich area, prepare and package sandwiches
- bake and dress biscuits
- heat inserts of prepared products for the front line
- assist in filling and packaging orders
- monitor and correct the cleanliness of the restaurant
