Job Requirements
- Must have experience working with fresh dough products
- Must have the ability to read, write, do simple math, use calculator, food thermometer and follow instructions
- Ability to stand for 85 to 100 percent of the shift
- Ability to frequently bend, stoop, crouch, walk, twist and bend
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs from floor to waist and 20 lbs overhead
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs for distances up to 30 feet
- Willingness to work in conditions of extreme heat
- Ability to perform repetitive wrist movements and use fine motor skills with kitchen utensils
Job Qualifications
- Experience working with fresh dough products

- Ability to follow instructions
- Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
- Good communication skills for serving customers and working with staff
- Ability to operate kitchen equipment such as deck ovens, mixers, slicers, steamers, fryers
Job Duties
- Prepare assorted fresh dough pizzas working with fresh dough
- Pan variety of simple meats, convenience foods, open cans, frozen foods
- Assist on serving lines as needed
- Take food to serving lines and replenish as needed
- Store and date food items
- Serve customers
- Fill out appropriate paperwork for computerized Food Service Production System including service records and food production sheets
- Observe safety and health regulations and maintain highest standards of sanitation
