Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • six plus months of prior relevant experience preferred
  • ability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
  • ability to follow instructions
  • ability to safely handle kitchen equipment
  • physical ability to perform job duties
  • willingness to learn and work in a team environment

Job Duties

  • Ensure requisitions are processed properly and placed in designated area
  • maintain solid knowledge of food products
  • identify and safely use kitchen equipment
  • regularly run for food and restock kitchen supplies and food items required for service
  • properly label and date products to ensure safekeeping and sanitation
  • assist the pantry worker, cook, master cook and chef as needed in execution of service
  • work as a team, assist guests and employees with their needs and inquiries
  • perform other job-related duties as requested
