Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of food production, service and sanitation
- Prior cooking experience in a healthcare facility
- Ability to work every other weekend as needed
- Ability to follow HACCP guidelines
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work under supervision and as part of a team

Job Duties
- Complete tasks as outlined in the job flow for daily position assigned
- Retrieve, prep and prepare items according to the daily production sheets and recipes
- Follow all HACCP guidelines for food and physical safety
- Assist with maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen area
- Support food service staff in daily operational activities
- Adhere to dietary management policies and procedures
- Help with inventory management and proper storage of food items
