Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of professional cooking experience
- fine dining experience preferred
- experience in restaurants, healthcare, or retirement communities is a plus
- knowledge of scratch cooking and food safety

Job Duties
- Prepare high-quality meals from scratch including soups, sauces, seafood, meats, and specials
- follow a rotating 5-week menu while maintaining flexibility for resident preferences
- ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation through proper tasting and adjustments
- safely operate and maintain kitchen equipment
- follow all food safety, sanitation, and infection control procedures
- maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment
- support the Executive Chef and Director of Dining with daily kitchen operations
- work collaboratively with the dining team to ensure timely and excellent service
