Job Requirements

  • high school graduate preferred
  • 4-5 years experience in high volume cooking
  • food handler's certification or willingness to obtain
  • ability to work full time including every other weekend
  • physically able to perform cooking duties
  • willingness to comply with pre-employment screening
  • ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards

Job Duties

  • assist in the production of creatively designed cuisine
  • cook according to menus, production sheet and recipes with consideration
  • maintain kitchen and food preparation in a clean and sanitary manner
  • deliver all invoices to Dining Services Director in a timely fashion
  • maintain records of meals served and records of food and supplies used as required
