Job Duties
- maintain proficiency and consistency of food production for assigned station
- maintain and improve quality standards in food preparation
- attend scheduled shifts punctually
- manage production and prep scheduling
- create and follow production charts
- minimize waste through strategic preparation
- demonstrate safe food handling procedures including labeling, dating, and rotating
- use time productively and maintain organized work habits
- safely operate and clean kitchen equipment
- complete daily checklists and inspection logs
- keep work station sanitary and organized
- comply with portion sizes, quality standards and garnish requirements
- educate team members to enforce standards
- make effective decisions and accept responsibility

- adhere to all handbook standards
