- one to three (1-3) years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- high school graduate or equivalent
- ServSafe Certification preferred within 6 months of hire

Job Duties
- prepare appropriate food items for hospital patients, staff, and visitors according to recipes
- perform various patient food service and dish duties
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food preparation areas
- follow food safety guidelines and hospital policies
- assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- collaborate with food & nutrition services team to ensure timely meal delivery
- report any kitchen equipment issues or safety hazards
