Job Requirements

  • willingness to work flexible hours including holidays

Job Qualifications

  • prior experience in food preparation or culinary settings advantageous

  • basic proficiency with kitchen equipment and order management systems

Job Duties

  • Prepare food items according to 100 percent recipe adherence
  • follow production prep list and keep accurate records
  • requisition supplies and equipment as needed
  • proficiently use knives, slicers, and other kitchen equipment
  • use the kitchen display system to manage guest orders
  • maintain excellent food safety and sanitation practices
  • assist with training new cooks and restaurant staff
