Job Requirements
- Line cook experience in a full scratch kitchen or restaurant
- 2 to 5 years experience on a fast-paced line or working a prep cook line station
- Ability to execute flawless dishes in a timely manner
- Ability to communicate with a friendly demeanor to all staff
- Passionate about service to others and creating exceptional food experiences
- Must pass a criminal background check and health screening tests, including physical and TB tests
- Willingness to comply with COVID-19 safety protocols, including vaccination, screening, testing, and use of personal protective equipment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 to 5 years of line cook experience in a fast-paced, full scratch kitchen or restaurant
- Strong culinary skills with ability to prepare high-quality dishes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for food service and hospitality
- Ability to work well in a team environment
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook meals from scratch following seasonal menus
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and workstations
- Collaborate with culinary team to ensure timely and flawless dish execution
- Interact with residents and guests to build personal connections
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
- Assist in inventory management and ordering of kitchen supplies
- Participate in ongoing training and development activities
