Job Requirements

  • Line cook experience in a full scratch kitchen or restaurant
  • 2 to 5 years experience on a fast-paced line or working a prep cook line station
  • Ability to execute flawless dishes in a timely manner
  • Ability to communicate with a friendly demeanor to all staff
  • Passionate about service to others and creating exceptional food experiences
  • Must pass a criminal background check and health screening tests, including physical and TB tests
  • Willingness to comply with COVID-19 safety protocols, including vaccination, screening, testing, and use of personal protective equipment

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 to 5 years of line cook experience in a fast-paced, full scratch kitchen or restaurant
  • Strong culinary skills with ability to prepare high-quality dishes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for food service and hospitality
  • Ability to work well in a team environment

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook meals from scratch following seasonal menus
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and workstations
  • Collaborate with culinary team to ensure timely and flawless dish execution
  • Interact with residents and guests to build personal connections
  • Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
  • Assist in inventory management and ordering of kitchen supplies
  • Participate in ongoing training and development activities
