Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- able to read, write and speak the English language
- possess excellent customer service skills
- at least three months experience in quantity food preparation in a health care facility or hospitality industry preferred
- moderate physical activity required by handling objects up to 50 pounds occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds frequently
- able to stand, bend and move continuously during working hours
- may be exposed to hazardous chemicals
- subject to frequent interruptions
- able to interact with residents, family members and visitors
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- assist cook on meal line as needed and/or with grill items
- assist wait staff in dining room as needed
- prepare and distribute snacks and/or nourishments
- assist with receiving and storage of deliveries
- assist with clean-up duties as needed
- maintain proper rotation of items from salad bar and refrigerators
- ensure items are labeled and dated
- follow standardized recipes
- perform other duties as assigned
