Job Duties
- assemble patient meals according to established guidelines
- deliver and retrieve patient meals promptly
- sanitize dishes, utensils, and designated food service areas
- handle stocking of supplies and department requisitions
- prepare food items using standardized recipes for tray line, cafeteria, and special functions
- adhere to all regulatory and agency health and safety standards
- communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
