Job Duties
- Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions
- serves meals or prepares for delivery by using correct portioning and presentation standards
- uses established ticket collection procedures and maintains records
- cleans kitchen and stores or discards excess food following safe food-handling procedures
- keeps refrigerators and storerooms clean and organized
- operates and maintains kitchen equipment as instructed
- assists in production planning, record keeping, and ordering supplies
- reports maintenance needs, faulty equipment, or accidents
- attends in-service and safety meetings
- maintains good working relationships with coworkers and managers
- performs all duties safely and complies with company policies
- ensures proper presentation, portion control, and serving temperatures
- adheres to HACCP standards and personal safety commitments
