Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to follow written and oral instructions
  • Good hand-eye coordination
  • Ability to use standard measures
  • Availability to work 8:00am to 4:00pm including every other weekend and some holidays
  • Ability to stand and move frequently
  • Capability to lift up to 25 pounds
  • Willingness to comply with health and safety regulations
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to follow written and oral directions
  • Ability to use standard measures
  • 1 to 6 months related experience and/or training preferred
  • Food Handler’s Permit by applicable state and county preferred
  • ServSafe training and certificate preferred

Job Duties

  • Obtains daily production schedule and preparation requirements from the Chef
  • Prepares items on production sheets, following established quantities and recipes
  • Completes and utilizes daily production worksheets and waste log sheets
  • Operates and cleans equipment per department procedures after each use
  • Stores, labels and dates all food items according to policy and HACCP guidelines
  • Takes orders from customers and prepares items requiring short preparation time
  • Serves customers in an efficient and friendly manner
