Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to follow written and oral instructions
- Good hand-eye coordination
- Ability to use standard measures
- Availability to work 8:00am to 4:00pm including every other weekend and some holidays
- Ability to stand and move frequently
- Capability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Willingness to comply with health and safety regulations
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Communication and customer service skills
- Ability to follow written and oral directions
- Ability to use standard measures
- 1 to 6 months related experience and/or training preferred
- Food Handler’s Permit by applicable state and county preferred
- ServSafe training and certificate preferred
Job Duties
- Obtains daily production schedule and preparation requirements from the Chef
- Prepares items on production sheets, following established quantities and recipes
- Completes and utilizes daily production worksheets and waste log sheets
- Operates and cleans equipment per department procedures after each use
- Stores, labels and dates all food items according to policy and HACCP guidelines
- Takes orders from customers and prepares items requiring short preparation time
- Serves customers in an efficient and friendly manner
