Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior line cooking experience required
  • ability to work full-time Monday through Sunday with a schedule of 8:00 am to 4:00 pm
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • capacity to handle kitchen equipment safely
  • compliance with company safety protocols
  • ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and handling hot items
  • willingness to adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
  • must be eligible to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • Prior line cooking experience
  • knowledge of food preparation and safety standards
  • ability to follow standardized recipes and instructions
  • familiarity with kitchen equipment operation and maintenance
  • strong attention to detail and quality control

Job Duties

  • Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions
  • serves meals or prepares for delivery ensuring correct portioning, temperature, and presentation
  • tastes all prepared food items to ensure quality and consistency
  • cleans kitchen and maintains cleanliness after preparation and service
  • stores or discards excess food in accordance with safe food-handling procedures
  • keeps refrigerators and storerooms clean and organized
  • operates and maintains kitchen equipment
  • assists in production planning, record keeping, reporting, ordering and receiving supplies
  • reports maintenance needs or faulty equipment immediately
  • attends safety and in-service meetings
  • maintains good working relationships with coworkers, customers, and management
  • performs job safely adhering to company safety protocols
  • ensures proper presentation and portion control following HACCP standards
  • commits personally to safety and compliance with company policies
