Job Requirements
- Prior cooking experience
- ability to perform essential job functions satisfactorily with or without accommodation

Job Duties
- Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions
- serves meals or prepares for delivery using correct portioning and temperature control
- uses established ticket collection procedures during service
- cleans kitchen after preparation and serving maintaining cleanliness standards
- stores or discards excess food according to safe food-handling procedures
- keeps refrigerators and storerooms clean and neat ensuring proper storage
- operates and maintains kitchen equipment as instructed
- assists in production planning, record keeping, and reporting
- assists in ordering and receiving food and supplies
- reports maintenance issues or accidents to supervisor immediately
- attends in-service and safety meetings
- maintains good working relationships with coworkers and managers
- performs job safely maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- ensures proper presentation and follows HACCP standards
- adheres to safety policies including use of protective gloves and slip-resistant shoes
